This policy explains how PlayPulse Private Limited (CIN: [CIN]), registered office: [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS], New Delhi, India ("PlayPulse", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit playpulse.co.in or use our match analysis service. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as they apply to us.

1. What we collect

• Demo requests. If you fill in the form on our website, we receive your name, email address, club or organisation, the type of team you are, and any message you write.
• Emails. If you email us, we keep the email and your address so we can reply.
• Match footage and derived data (customers). If you use our service, you upload match video. We process it to produce events, statistics and reports. This can include images of players, who may be children, and the names or squad numbers you or your team give us.
• Basic technical data. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability. Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to demo requests and enquiries.
• To provide, check and improve the analysis for the teams that use PlayPulse.
• To keep the website and service secure, and to meet legal duties.

For footage and player data, we act on your instructions. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your footage to advertise to anyone.

3. Footage of players and children

Teams that upload footage are responsible for having the right to do so, including any permission needed from players or, for players under 18, from a parent or guardian. If you tell us that footage was uploaded without the right permission, we will remove it.

4. Where data is processed and who handles it

Match footage and the analysis created from it are processed in India. We use a small number of service providers to run the website and handle our email and enquiries:

• Our web hosting provider (Hostinger), which hosts this website and our business email.
• Web3Forms, which delivers the demo-request form to our inbox.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typeface used on this site. Your browser requests the font from Google when the page loads.

These providers handle data only to provide their service to us. Some of them may process data outside India.

5. How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and emails for as long as needed to follow up and keep a record of our dealings with you. We keep customer footage and reports for as long as you use the service, and we delete or return them when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including access limited to the people who need it. Customers see their own reports through a read-only login. No system is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a purpose you agreed to. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To do this, or to raise a complaint, email info@playpulse.co.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
